Couto, Graça & Associados (CGA) is a Mozambican law firm that provides services in various fields of corporate, tax and commercial law. It is the largest law practice in Mozambique and part of CMS Legal since 2022. CMS is a full-service international law firm with offices in 47 countries worldwide and annual revenues of about USD 2 billion in 2022.

CGA engages primarily in corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance and public law, banking and finance, capital markets, real estate, tax, labour and employment law, arbitration and litigation, information technology law and transportation law.

Through its multidisciplinary team of lawyers, the firm also supplies local knowledge, information and advisory services to local companies and international clients pursuing ventures in Mozambique. CGA is known for its expertise navigating the Mozambican business environment and liaising between private investors and the Mozambican public sector.
