Midstream activities are supported by 62 owned terminals and depots for a total of 3.1 million cubic metres of storage capacity for a variety of products, including automotive and aviation fuel, LPG and bitumen. Most of Puma’s storage capacity, around 1.2 million cubic metres, is located in Europe.
The company owns and operates two refineries in Nicaragua and Papua New Guinea.
Puma Energy’s core downstream segments are wholesale and retail automotive fuel, lubricants, aviation fuel, LPG and bitumen. The company owns and operates a network of around 1,979 branded petrol stations, primarily located in Latin America, that supply automotive fuel and convenience services.
Puma Energy supplies aviation fuel, including sustainable aviation fuel at around 117 airports and airfields mostly located in Africa and Latin America. In the bitumen segment, the company has approximately 400,000 tonnes of capacity for storage and blending supported by Trafigura’s fleet of owned and long-term chartered vessels for delivery.
As of 2024, the company had 311 operational solar sites and solarised petrol stations for a total of 11.8 MW of installed capacity.
