Surgutneftegas

Surgutneftegas’s activities are organised into four groups:

• Exploration and production: E&P activities in the company’s three licence blocks
• Oil refining: Company-owned refinery producing petroleum products, including motor fuels, aromatics, liquid paraffin, construction materials, jet fuel and bitumen
• Gas production and use: Production of dry stripped gas and liquid hydrocarbons
• Marketing: Five subsidiaries that perform wholesaling, retailing and storage of petroleum products and other petrol-station services

Surgutneftegas is committed to ecological, social and labour responsibility. Regarding ecology, the company has a comprehensive set of measures for protecting the land, water and air and for protecting Russia’s northern indigenous minorities. Regarding its social policy, Surgutneftegas invests in every region where it is active in order to improve living standards and promote culture, education and healthcare initiatives in conjunction with the government.
