The Oil & Gas Year funded the construction of a wooden house for a family in San Vicente de Canete in Peru. Prior to their new three-room home the family had lived in a straw tent.

Peruvian charity Asociacion Proyecto Peruanos handled the donation and The Oil & Gas Year Peru 2013’s country director went to Peru so that she could meet the family and help with building work.
