BP, Kosmos in Sao Tome and Principe deal
São Tomé and Príncipe A consortium between the two companies won the rights to drill in blocks 10 and 13, Reuters reported. Kosmos Energy already holds the rights to blocks 5, 6, 11 and 12 in the island’s exclusive economic zone.
Drilling is expected to start in 2019, the report added.
