Production involves the Ngoma FPSO, with expected production of around 20,000 bopd.
The production vessel is a zero-flaring FPSO upgraded in 2021 to minimise emissions.
The development is the third achieved by Eni on Block 15/06 since July 2021, including the Cuica Early Production and Cabaca North Development projects.
The block is operated by Eni with a 36.84% share. Partners include Angolan NOC <a href=’https://theenergyyear.com/companies-institutions/sonangol/’>Sonangol with a 36.84% share and SSI Fifteen with the remaining 26.32% share
