ExxonMobil announces Q4 and fiscal year 2014 results
Eagle Ford While the company’s upstream and downstream earnings over the fourth quarter of 2014 were lower than during the same period a year earlier, there were some exceptions. Exxon’s earnings from its upstream operations in the US were up $317 million over the fourth quarter of 2013 to reach $1.5 billion. The company’s chemicals division also performed well during the final months of 2014, earning $1.2 billion. In the fourth quarter of 2013, chemicals earnings were $883 million.
