India’s IITs and ONGC to collaborate
India A Memorandum of Collaboration was signed between Smriti Irani, minster of human resource development (formerly Ministry of Education) and Dharmendra Pradha, minister of state for petroleum and natural gas, who praised the theoretical knowledge of the ITTs and the practical mindset of the ONGC and sees it as the pact’s biggest strength.
