Somoil launches tender for facilities engineering services

Angola’s Somoil* has launched a public tender for facilities engineering services at its operated Block 2/05 and FS-FST blocks.

The scope of work includes a feasibility study, conceptual study and description of work areas for EPCI projects, as well as EPCI management and operations technical assistance services.

Somoil is looking to double production at its Block 2/05 and FS-FST assets, which it operates with 3o% and 31% working interests, respectively.

The Angolan major sees potential of 40,000 bopd of production at Block 2/05 and 10,000 bopd at blocks FS-FST.
