US frees up LNG export limitations
USA The decision will allow both Sabine Pass and Corpus Christi projects to export an additional 20.4 mcm (720 mcf) per day of LNG to any country the US does not have a free-trade agreement with, including EU countries.
The US is now the top global LNG exporter and is set to grow its LNG export capacity by 20% from existing capacity by the end of 2022.
