EPCI works on the FPSO are expected to be completed by H1 2024 before the asset is sent to the offshore Atlanta field.
This will be followed by a two-year operation and maintenance contract worth USD 505 million or a 15-year charter agreement including operation and maintenance worth up to USD 1.98 billion.
The two companies had previously signed a letter of intent for the works in December 2021.
