Gran Tierra’s assets in Colombia and Ecuador are fully operated by the company and consist of conventional oil reservoirs with 2P reserves estimated at approximately 147 million boe. The company’s assets in Canada are 77% operated and hold 2P reserves of approximately 179 million boe. Together, Colombia and Ecuador account for about 45% of Gran Tierra’s reserves and 65% of production.

In Latin America, the company uses pipelines and truck transportation networks to reach export points on the coast of Colombia and Ecuador. In Canada, output is transported entirely via oil and gas pipelines, with operations set to benefit from infrastructure expansion projects that are under construction or nearing FIDs and expected to come into operation starting in 2025.
