Technogas produces and distributes gas for industrial and medical applications, as well as a variety of speciality gases and liquids. The company is based in Kuwait and owns state-of-the-art facilities for production, storage and transportation of gases and liquids to end users and distributors. The company sells packaged gas locally, and it has a fleet of specialised road tankers for bulk deliveries to customers across the Middle East.

Industrial gases have broad application in hydrocarbons extraction and refining and they are an essential input for machinery and a variety of processes. For example, hydrogen and oxygen are used by refineries to lower the sulphur content in their products, while nitrogen can be injected into wells to improve fluid recovery and enhance productivity.

With an established reputation as a reliable producer capable of meeting diverse gas requirements, Technogas is a habitual supplier to oilfield operations and the company has secured numerous long-term supply contracts with K-companies and their contractors at sites throughout Kuwait.

Expansion plans include investments to increase its production of speciality gases, primarily to meet demand from oilfield contractors, who use these higher-margin products for testing and calibration purposes. Technogas is also Licensed yearly nitrogen production capacity: 3.06 million cubic metres keenly focused on Kuwait’s offshore exploration and extraction operations, in order to meet demand for under-water welding gas necessary to assemble and repair subsurface equipment.
