Zamil Marine is a long-established Saudi marine services company that operates 75 offshore service vessels (OSVs), the vast majority of which are owned by the company. Many of the company’s vessels are in use on a long-term basis for Saudi Aramco. The company also has three shipyards, located in Dammam and Jeddah. Operating since 1977, the company is a part of the Zamil Group Holding, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest private sector groups.

Zamil provides a full range of marine services:

  • Fleet operations and management: Operation of many OSV types, including anchor-handling tug supply and safety vessels; work, maintenance and hook-up vessels; utility boats; crew boats; lift barges; and dive support vessels
  • Chartering: Vessel chartering for the international market and re-chartering to Saudi Aramco
  • Fleet maintenance and repair: In-house repair facility for timely and cost-efficient fleet operation
  • Ship chandelling: Ship chandelling services for Zamil’s entire fleet
  • Diving services: Project management solutions requiring subsea work through ZOSCO joint venture
