ADNOC Drilling adds two jackup rigs to fleet
Abu Dhabi 
ABU DHABI, September 28, 2022 – ADNOC Drilling Company has signed a USD 140-million purchase and sale agreement for two jackup rigs as part of its fleet expansion plans, the Emirati drilling giant announced on Monday.
The two rigs are expected to begin operations by the end of 2022.
The name of the selling company and details of the rigs were not disclosed.
The purchase follows separate agreements signed by ADNOC Drilling in 2022 to expand their fleet, including for two rigs in May, one rig in June and one rig in August. The company stated its intention to continue expanding its fleet.
