The value of the contract, which runs for four years with options to be extended by up to another seven years, was not disclosed.

The Nyhamna plant, which is linked to the Ormen Lange deepwater field, is one of Europe’s largest gas terminals and supplies about 20% of the UK’s gas needs. Both Ormen Lange and the Draugen field are located in the Norwegian Sea.
