Indonesia plans $1-bln pipeline tender

JAKARTA, January 10, 2018 – Indonesia plans to open a tender in 2018 for three pipelines to carry gas from Natuna to Borneo, the chairman of BPH Migas said Tuesday.

 

The project will include a USD 550-million Natuna-West Kalimantan pipeline, a USD 516-million West Kalimantan-Central Kalimantan pipeline, and a USD 97-million Central Kalimantan-South Kalimantan pipeline for distribution and transmission, Reuters reported. 

The network will supply power stations in West Kalimantan and the Ketapang industrial area, BPH Migas chairman Muhammad Fanshurullah Asa said.
