Neo Energy acquires North Sea assets
UK 
ABERDEEN, November 26, 2021 – Neo Energy has signed an agreement to acquire all UK shares on assets held by Japan’s JX Nippon Exploration and Production for USD 1.66 billion, the UK upstream player announced on Friday.
Assets include a 20% share in the Mariner field and 18% interest in the Culzean field.
The transaction will take place in March 2022 and is subject to regulatory approval.
