Talos Energy acquires Gulf of Mexico assets
USA The transaction will increase Talos Energy’s acreage by 35% and production by 40% by adding 24,000 boepd.
EnVen Energy Corporation operates the following five offshore platforms in the US Gulf of Mexico: Brutus/Glider, Lobster, Cognac, Neptune and Prince. The company has proven and probable reserves of 78 million boe.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2022.
