Valero, NuStar sign refined imports agreement
Mexico Under the deal, Valero will start sending refined products from its refineries in the US state of Texas to NuStar’s terminal in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, by the end of 2018.
Valero already has a supply agreement with IEnova in Central Mexico. IEnova will receive refined products at its 1.4-million-barrel marine storage terminal in Veracruz from Valero’s refineries.
