Years of experience: More than 20

Located in Lagos, Geoplex describes itself as Africa’s fastest growing indigenous service company. Providing integrated oilfield services, it now operates across the West African coastal region, as well as Kenya, Uganda and Mozambique.

Geoplex divides its services into six service lines:

  • Drilling and engineering: Advanced drilling services; engineering, including fabrication, maintenance, inspection, testing and certification services; drilling and workover rigs, including the delivery and management of upstream services such as well testing and completion
  • Electric, wireline, slickline and well testing: Electric wireline services, slickline services, well-testing services and the provision of early production facilities
  • FPSO and vessel services: Offshore marine services and the provision of offshore vessels
  • Geoplex Petroleum Resources: A wholly owned integrated energy company exploring, developing, producing and refining oil and gas
  • Pressure pumping and completion: Coiled-tubing services; cementing and related products, chemicals for cement design, and well completion services
  • Other services: Workforce provision and airport meet and greet services

Given the unpredictability of today’s energy sector, Geoplex has continuously diversified its service offering to become a fullstream company operating across the entire energy value chain. The company’s strong financial position has allowed it to own all its equipment and invest in the best technologies. The future for Geoplex includes power generation projects in addition to its full range of oilfield services. With this strong and wide-ranging foundation, Geoplex aims to provide high-quality services at the highest safety and environmental standards.
