14th Turkish International Oil & Gas Conference

14th Turkish International Oil & Gas Conference

Turkey
March 18-19, 2015

The 14th Turkish International Oil & Gas Conference brings together some 750 representatives of the regional and international oil and gas community at a critical time. With drilling activity officially underway in the Black Sea and plans in the works to drill in the Mediterranean off the coast of Antalya in 2015, oil and gas activity is likely to pick up significantly.

Additionally, Turkey’s strategic location was once more highlighted with Russian President Vladimir Putin’s recent decision to scrap the South Steam Project in favour of a gas conduit across Turkish soil. Sponsored by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, Turkish Petroleum, the Turkish Pipeline Corporation and the General Directorate of Mineral research and Exploration, the two-day Turkish International Oil & Gas Conference will be held at the Sheraton Ankara Hotel.
