Argus China and Global Oil Conference 2017
Argus China and Global Oil Conference 2017
China’s independent refiners have grabbed a sizable share in China’s crude imports in 2016. This uptrend may continue into 2017, underpinned by the release of new import quota at 1.752mn b/d, unchanged from 2016.
China is expected to import more crude from the Atlantic basin. The latest Unipec deal that came amid a closed arbitrage window illustrated Beijing’s resolve to pursue its crude import diversification strategy.
The dynamics of crude trade flows are shifting significantly. Argus China and Global Oil Conference 2017 will be back in Beijing, at the Regent Beijing Hotel on 30-31 March 2017. Take advantage of this once-a- year chance to make useful connections with China’s independent refiners while discovering renewed interest from China’s state-run buyers.
