Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne, IBBC Executive Chairman, the Executive Committee and Council Members, are pleased to invite you to the IBBC Spring Conference to be held on April 27 at Mansion House and on April 28 at the Shell Centre in London.

Among the delegates are the former Iraqi Minister of Oil, H.E Adil Abdul-Mahdi; the Iraqi Minister of Industry and Minerals, HE.Mohammed Sahib Khalaf Al-Daraji; HM Ambassador Frank Baker OBE;Helena Morrissey CBE, CEO of Newton Investment Management and Founder of the 30 Percent Club; Louis Taylor, CEO of UK Export Finance; and Lord Green of Hurstpierpoint, Former UK Minister of State for Trade and Investment.

Day one at Mansion House will focus on the present situation in Iraq and the Middle East; Improving Human Capital in the Private and Public Sectors; Trade and Finance; Oil and Gas Downstream Developments; and Telecoms, Media and Technologies. The second conference day on April 28 , hosted by Shell, will incorporate sessions on Small- and Medium-Sized Businesses.
