The inaugural Kirkuk, Mosul & Liberated Areas Megaprojects Conference will take place in London on 29 June 2019, organised in collaboration with the European Delegation in Iraq, Iraqi Government, REFAATO, and the Governors of Kirkuk and Mosul.

The new Conference is co-located with the established Iraq Petroleum 2019 and dedicated exclusively to the humanitarian aid and the support for the reconstruction of the liberated areas through: infrastructure developments, oil and gas megaprojects and environmental protection.

Expected to grow into the world’s next mega-centre for oil production, Kirkuk and Mosul’s vast oil and gas reserves carry a great potential for the region which must be unlocked through the access to funding for reconstruction efforts and the development of the local workforce.
