The fourth annual edition of the forum enjoys the full support of the Libyan National Oil Corporation (NOC) and will be opened by a keynote speech of the NOC chairman. Featuring a number of keynote presentations from NOC, the fourth annual New Libya Oil & Gas Forum is the only event focusing on Libya’s hydrocarbon industry.

The event will give attendees all the necessary information around Libya’s current situation and will help them equip themselves with all necessary information needed to form Libya strategies.

Libya is currently in need of stability and seeking long-term partners to help the country recover from recent turmoil. The event will be a unique opportunity to meet with key Libyan executives who can guide you through different aspects of Libya’s prolific oil and gas industry, touching upon exploration and production issues, refineries, pipelines and regulations.

Major oil and gas producers have reported a steady increase on their daily crude oil production whilst the NOC is planning exciting management, regulatory and crude oil export plans that will enhance quality of transactions and trade relations between suppliers, buyers, contractors, producers and the NOC.
