The Energy Year Kuwait 2023 report was launched at Waldorf Astoria Kuwait on 15 June 2023. This is the eighth edition of The Energy Year on the Kuwaiti energy industry.
An awards ceremony recognised the most significant players and achievements in the Kuwaiti energy sector, with Ahmad Jaber Al-Eidan receiving the Man of the Year award, and the following companies being honoured under their different categories: KIPIC’s Al Zour refinery as Downstream Project of the Year, KNPC’s Clean Fuel Project as Environmental Project of the Year, Al Rashed International Shipping as Logistics Company of the Year, HEISCO as EPC Company of the Year, Al Kout Industrial Projects as Industrial Company of the Year, Commercial Bank of Kuwait (Al-Tijari) as Bank of the Year, and The Bridge Company as Service Provider of the Year.
The Energy Year Kuwait 2023 highlights the key latest developments and future plans of Kuwait’s energy value chain, and how they are linked to Kuwait Vision 2035, including the country’s historic foray into offshore exploration.
