Acteon wins contract for Philippines LNG terminal

Acteon Integrated Solutions (AIS) has been awarded development works on an LNG import and regasification terminal in the Philippines, the company announced on Wednesday.

The contract with Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Company (AG&P) includes transportation and installation of jacket structures and construction of jetty and marine works.

The Philippines LNG (PLNG) terminal will be located in Batangas Bay.

“AG&P is privileged to have AIS take on the marine scope for our PLNG facility, which will be the first LNG import and regasification terminal in the Philippines and become a critical gateway for clean fuel in this beautiful and fast-growing country,” said Zickie Allgrove, senior vice-president of AG&P.

The contract value and timeframe were not disclosed.
