Blue Water Shipping awarded Liza contract

GEORGETOWN, March 22, 2018 – Blue Water Shipping will provide logistics services for the Liza project offshore Guyana, the company announced on Wednesday.

ExxonMobil awarded Blue Water, alongside its local partner Ramps Logistics, a contract for an unspecified value covering the phase one development of the giant Liza field, the statement added.

“The scope includes international transports from the USA, Europe, the Middle East and Asia to Guyana and Trinidad,” the logistics company said. “Blue Water Shipping will partner with Ramps Logistics for the handling of Customs documentation in Guyana and Trinidad, as well as to ensure local deliveries.”
