Petronas Gas will hold a 65-percent share in the project with Dialog’s LNG subsidiary taking a 25-percent stake and the Johor State Secretary holding 10 percent. Dialog Group, together with the Johor State Government and Vopak, is also building Malaysia’s only independent, deepwater oil and natural gas terminal, the Pengerang Independent Deepwater Petroleum Terminal in Johor.
