NMDC and CCC team up for onshore EPC solutions in the UAE

ABU DHABI, January 13, 2026 – NMDC Group subsidiary NMDC Infra and Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) have established NMDCCC to provide oil and gas EPC services in the UAE, NMDC announced on Tuesday.

The joint entity will operate as a subsidiary of NMDC Infra. It will combine NMDC Group’s infrastructure capabilities and CCC’s experience in complex energy and chemicals projects to deliver full-scope EPC services to the UAE’s onshore oil and gas sector.

Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, NMDC Group delivers turnkey projects via five business units, namely NMDC Dredging & Marine, NMDC Energy, NMDC Infra, NMDC Engineering and logistics arm NMDC LTS.

CCC specialises in civil construction and engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial installations, marine works and transportation infrastructure projects. Through the newly formed venture, NMDC Infra aims to increase its market share and enter new verticals, and by securing new execution capabilities, the company also seeks to mitigate supply chain risks and expedite the execution of projects in NMDC Group’s backlog.
