Oil tanker splits in Ghana habour

TEMA, December 14, 2018 – A tanker carrying 1,200 tonnes of crude oil split in two at Ghana’s Tema Port, local media reported Friday.

 

All 10 crew members aboard the MT Anthony were unharmed, Ghana Web reported.

The Tanzanian-flagged vessel, built in 1982, had been working in Ghana for three years.

In May, a tanker carrying 1,200 tonnes of light crude split in two after leaving the Tema port.
