Petrobras sells onshore fields for $544 mln

Petrobras has agreed to sell all shares of four producing onshore fields to Seacrest Capital Group for USD 544 million, the Brazilian NOC announced on Tuesday.

The assets include the Canca, Fazenda Alegra, Fazenda Sao Rafael and Fazenda Santa Luzia fields, three oil treatment stations, a waterway logistics terminal and 74 kilometres of pipeline.

The nicknamed North Capixaba cluster produced around 6,500 bopd and 52.2 mcm (1.84 mcf) per day of gas in 2021.
