Petrofac wins $100-million engineering contract in Libya

Petrofac has signed a $100-million EPCC contract with Zallaf Libya Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company, the UK engineering company announced on Thursday.

The works involve developing early production facilities on the Erawin oilfield, including well pads, flowlines and a 100-kilometre pipeline that will attach to a control room and substation at the El Sharara oilfield.

The Erawin oilfield is located in southwest Libya.
