Saipem secures $600 million of Saudi Arabia offshore contracts
DHAHRAN, December 31, 2025 – Saipem has secured two offshore contracts from Aramco in Saudi Arabia worth USD 600 million for pipeline construction and subsea works, the company said on Tuesday.
The first contract runs for 32 months and covers EPCI of around 34 kilometres of pipeline and topside modifications at the Berri and Abu Safah oilfields. The second, lasting 12 months, includes subsea interventions at Marjan field and EPC of 300 metres of onshore pipeline and tie-ins.
Offshore operations will use Saipem’s vessels currently operating in the region. Fabrication will take place at its joint venture yard in Dammam, Saipem Taqa Al-Rushaid Fabricators, supporting the development of local industry.
