
TechnipFMC bags Guyana deal
LONDON, October 23, 2018 – ExxonMobil has awarded TechnipFMC a subsea contract for work on the Liza phase two project offshore Guyana, the engineering firm announced on Tuesday.
The value of the deal, which includes eight manifolds and 30 enhanced vertical deepwater trees, was not specified.
“We are very pleased that ExxonMobil has selected TechnipFMC to commence engineering for the Liza phase two subsea equipment,” said CEO Doug Pferdehirt. “We share ExxonMobil’s values of collaboration, trust, and overall commitment to operational excellence and the successful long-term development of the project.”
