Trinidad and Tobago names new energy minister
Trinidad and Tobago 
PORT OF SPAIN, April 20, 2021 – Trinidad and Tobago has appointed Stuart Young its new minister of energy and energy industries following the death of Minister Franklin Khan on Saturday.
Minister Young previously held a post as the country’s minister of national security.
“Minister Young has been deeply involved in the restructuring of the gas value chain over the past six years and has been central to many of the negotiations with the international operating companies in the sector,” The Energy Chamber of Trinidad & Tobago said in a statement.
