Tullow delivers first TEN oil

LONDON, August 18, 2016 – Tullow Oil on Thursday announced it had completed the first flows of oil from the Tweneboa, Enyenra and Ntomme (TEN) field offshore Ghana to the development project’s dedicated FPSO.

 

On track for 23,000 bopd on average for the remainder of 2016, the company will work to increase production to 80,000 bopd, the processing capacity of the Prof. John Evans Atta Mills FPSO. The development plan for the TEN fields was first approved in may 2013.

Tullow operates the fields on a 47.175% stake, with joint venture partners Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and Kosmos Energy both holding a 17% share in the project, followed by Ghana National Petroleum Corporation with 15% and PetroSA with the remaining 3.875%.
