EY is a multinational professional services network that offers assurance, consulting, corporate finance and strategy, tax and legal, HR and technology services. EY provides its services through a partnership of independent firms located in more than 150 countries, which together serve a global clientele. Along with Deloitte, KPMG and PwC, it is one of the Big Four global accounting firms.

Assurance activities include independent audits of accounting practices of and internal processes, financial accounting and advisory services that support decision-making and help drive efficiency, and forensic services for a broad range of matters including compliance and dispute resolution.

EY divides its consulting practice into four segments: enterprise services, which include a range of general business consulting services, supply chain and transformation services, which cover situations arising from business growth and diversification, cybersecurity services, and human resources and organisational consulting.

Corporate finance and strategy services cover M&A planning and transaction advisory, capital allocation, portfolio management and a range of other services related to corporate transformations stemming from crises, expansions and diversification projects.

EY’s tax and legal advisory practices provide connected services across business tax, international tax, transaction tax and offer international legal counsel through centrally managed local teams with expertise in corporate, labour, digital and transaction law in numerous jurisdictions.

Deloitte’s HR and people advisory practice is involved in workforce analytics and management, talent development and learning, design and implementation of incentive schemes, workforce mobility and general HR services.

The technology practice primarily concerns itself with the planning and implementation of corporate IT transformations, and with technology audits.

EY’s clients operate in a wide range of sectors including consumer, financial services, healthcare, government, private equity, technology, media and telecommunications. The firm also provides services to private clients.
