The anniversary edition of the Russia Offshore conference, now in its 10th year, will emphasis such topics as the necessary subsea technology for Arctic exploration and production, the financing of costly offshore and LNG projects and how to tackle the obstacles that the Russian offshore industry faces.

Speakers at Russia Offshore 2015 include deputy general director of Gazpromneft Shelf Rustam Romanenkov and Yriy Bezrodniym, head of the environmental department at Lukoil Engineering. The conference will take place at the Moscow Marriott Grand hotel.
