Angola LNG cancels spot cargo tender

LUANDA, January 9, 2018 – Chevron-led Angola LNG has cancelled a spot cargo tender due to a production issue, international media reported Monday.

The spot cargo, originally set to load this week, was cancelled by a notice from Angola LNG, Reuters reported.

“This tender cancellation is due to a minor problem at the Soyo plant that has impacted production. This problem is now being remedied,” the company statement said.

In September 2017, Angola LNG announced agreements to supply Vitol, Glencore and RWE Supply & Trading.
