The other partnerships are PC Carigali, Sierra Offshore exploration, Murphy and Ophir; BP, Statoil and Total. The list of duos comprises Atlantic Rim and Shell, Eni and Lukoil and, finally, Total and ExxonMobil.
BP, ExxonMobil, Statoil, Total and Pemex will also place individual bids, as will BHP Billiton, China National Offshore Oil Corporation and Petronas.
