JGC signs EPC contract for gas project in Indonesia

JAKARTA, June 21, 2022 – JGC Holding Corporation has penned a contract with Singapore’s Jadestone Energy to provide EPC works for gas processing facilities and an associated pipeline in Indonesia, the Japanese engineering company announced on Monday.

 

The facility will be located in Jambi, South Sumatra, and will include a 17-kilometre pipeline. The asset will have a capacity of 708,000 cubic metres (25 mcf) per day and process new gas, LPG and condensate.

Gas will be sourced from Jadestone Energy’s Akatara field.

Cost of the contract was not disclosed.
