Kuwait’s KDC and NESR win well delivery campaign in Jordan
AMMAN, October 10, 2025 – Kuwait Drilling Company (KDC) and National Energy Services Reunited (NESR) have secured a four-year integrated drilling and well delivery contract award in Jordan worth an estimated USD 200 million, the company said on Wednesday.
The 80-well campaign will be executed under a collaboration model with KDC providing rigs and associated drilling services, while NESR delivers complementary well construction services.
The turnkey project aims to minimise waste and non-productive time across the project lifecycle.
“This award establishes the company to lead such integrated projects in Jordan and neighbouring countries,” Kuwait Drilling Company chairman Dr Abdulazeez Al-Rashed said.
“Our aim is to continue building on the success and relationship to have a solid offering to all our clients in the region.”
“This campaign in Jordan reflects KDC’s and NESR’s ability to leverage its integrated capabilities within an effective model,” NESR chairman and CEO Sherif Foda said.
Kuwait Drilling Company provides land and offshore drilling services across the Middle East and North Africa, specialising in turnkey projects and rig management solutions.
National Energy Services Reunited operates across 16 countries in the MENA and Asia Pacific regions. It offers a wide range of oilfield services including hydraulic fracturing, cementing, coiled tubing, completions and directional drilling, with a focus on production and evaluation services.
In Jordan and Oman, NESR and KDC have successfully implemented similar integrated well delivery models, establishing a strong regional presence in the upstream sector.
