Petrobras assets up for bid

Petrobras late on Monday announced it was putting some of its shallow water assets up for bid as part of its ongoing debt reduction and divestment campaign. Located offshore the northeastern states of Ceará and Sergipe, the fields going on sale produced around 13,000 boepd in 2015.

The assets are spread across nine exploration and production concession areas, and include the Caioiba, Camorim, Dourado, Guaricema, Tatui Curima, Espada, Atum and xareu fields.
