Petronas divests of offshore services arm

KUALA LUMPUR, March 31, 2022 – Petronas Carigali has completed the full sale of integrated operations and maintenance company E&P O&M Services to Malaysian counterpart Janamurni, the upstream arm of NOC Petronas announced on Wednesday.

E&P O&M Services provides frontline operations and maintenance services for all floating facilities in Malaysia, including associated flowlines and pipelines.

The sale and purchase agreement was signed in December 2021 and includes the transfer of all staff.

Cost of the transaction was not disclosed.
