Retamco exits Argentina block
BUENOS AIRES, January 4, 2019 – Retamco’s subsidiary Retama Argentina has left the Parva Negra Oeste block in Vaca Muerta, international media reported on Thursday.
“Retama pulled out,” Alberto Saggese, president of state-owned Gas y Petroleo del Neuquen, told S&P Global Platts.
The company had won the licence in 2017, but failed to raise financing to develop it, the report added.
