Upcoming Power Plants Map Saudi Arabia 2023 is a high-resolution map of dozens of solar, wind, gas and oil power plant projects planned to come online by 2028. As part of the its Vision 2030 plan Saudi Arabia is developing 14 GW of solar power, 9 GW of gas-based power and 5GW of wind power. This map first appeared in The Energy Year Saudi Arabia 2023.
