July 29, 2025Global catering and hospitality company Newrest is accelerating its expansion across Latin America and beyond, reinforcing its position as a key player in airline, rail, remote site and facility management services.
In the last year, Newrest acquired Compass Group’s operations in three Latin American countries, expanded to Guyana and launched a Digital Factory in Madrid, adding 15,000 new employees and boosting revenue significantly. The company is also driving sustainability through digital transformation and solar-powered operations. With a footprint in 53 countries and more than 60,000 employees, Newrest achieved global revenues of EUR 3.5 billion by 2025.
