The summit, in Dubai, UAE, will gather 250 executives involved in developing the strategy for their companies and shaping the future of the hydrocarbons industry in the Commonwealth of Independent States and the world.

Issues addressed at the summit will include access to markets, capital and the regulations investors need to be aware of. Projects from pipelines to LNG will be discussed from ground breaking to decommissioning.
